Succession Planning

A significant goal of PeopleVision is to establish a systematic process for identifying and developing potential successors to key leadership positions in the General Church and Academy, as well as the Boards of Directors and key committees for each organization. Succession planning is focused on identifying future leaders, including those who could quickly adopt leadership roles and those who have longer-term potential, and developing those future leaders so that they are properly prepared when an opening occurs.

Succession planning will be designed and implemented starting in Fall 2008.
