Recruitment and Hiring

Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding in the General Church and Academy can be challenging and time-consuming processes. Our goal with this project is to look closely at the practices of similar religious and education institutions, and at documented human resources best practices, in order to identify opportunities for improving our current processes.

We will generate a report of best practices in recruiting and hiring, and evaluate our current processes against those.
